We are an IT and AV consulting firm offering solutions to and undertaking projects for Govt organizations. We are looking to hire enthusiastic result-oriented individuals for the role of Field Sales Officer responsible for selling and promoting products and services to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' products




- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals/targets
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

Qualifications
- Proven experience in government field sales or a similar role in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
