We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Bihar.

Job Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, understanding their marketing requirements, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, and converting prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals, and local networking.
- Generate and qualify leads for OnlineGrows' digital marketing and web development services.
- Understand the client's business, marketing challenges, and requirements.
- Explain our services and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings and sales discussions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service packages with prospects.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing prospects until conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and sales targets.




- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and development team during the client onboarding process.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good at communication and negotiation.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.
- Interested in digital marketing, websites, advertising, and business growth.
- Able to understand client requirements and explain services in straightforward language.
- Willing to learn about digital marketing services.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Meet, and basic computer applications.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.

Experience Freshers can apply. Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Digital marketing sales
- B2B sales
- IT/software sales
- Website development sales
- Advertising sales
- Telecalling
- Field sales
- Business development

Candidates with strong communication and sales skills but no digital marketing experience are also welcome. Training will be provided.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Incentives: Attractive incentives based on sales performance.
