We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and expand our field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, generating new business, and achieving revenue targets through direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the field sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.

- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.

- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and support the sales team.

- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

- Train, coach, and evaluate sales executives to improve performance.

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve business performance.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in field sales, including at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
