Role Description This is a full-time, in office Field Sales Executive role based in Pimpri Chinchwad.

The Field Sales

Executive will visit potential and existing customers to present Shanghai Interiors’ flooring products, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. Daily activities include prospecting new leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing and delivery schedules, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and reporting on sales performance.



The person in this role will represent the brand in the local market, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Proven field sales experience in building materials, interiors, or related industries, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to identify prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct effective customer meetings and product presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic understanding of flooring products or willingness to learn technical aspects of wooden, PVC, rubber, sports, and gym flooring solutions.
- Comfort with on-site field work, local travel within Pimpri Chinchwad and surrounding areas, and working toward defined sales targets.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales and a valid means of local transport are preferred.
