- Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites, residential projects, and commercial projects to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or interiors industry.

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

- Meet architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers to generate leads.

- Promote the company's products and services.

- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the office team for quotations.





- Follow up with potential customers and schedule meetings.

- Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

- Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
