: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our Tyre Retread business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, tyre sales, or the automotive industry and be passionate about developing new business opportunities and building robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the tyre retread market.

- Meet fleet owners, transporters, dealers, and channel partners to promote products.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Promote tyre retread solutions and educate customers on their cost-saving benefits.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Prepare daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.





- 1–5 years of experience in Tyre Sales, Automotive Sales, Fleet Sales, B2B Sales, Field Sales, Dealer Sales, or Industrial Sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
