- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, builders, contractors, architects, and property developers.
- Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and other project sites to identify elevator requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, builders, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
