Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and sales skills, along with 1–3 years of experience in the E-Commerce/Retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily market visits to identify and onboard new retailers, dealers, and business partners.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers/partners.
- Promote and explain company products, offers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for smooth order processing and customer support.





Candidate Requirements
- BBA / Graduate candidates preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the E-Commerce industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of local markets and retail networks.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive personality.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
