Job Summary

K B Polychem India Limited is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven

Field Sales Executive/Officer for its Ink Division. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent customer relationship management skills,

and the ability to drive business growth by developing current markets while maintaining long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

 Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize business potential.

 Promote and sell the company's Ink Division products to industrial and commercial customers.

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.

 Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.

 Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely order closures.

 Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order execution.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies,



and customer requirements.

 Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Maintain accurate sales forecasts, visit reports, pipeline updates, and MIS reports.

Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, Resins, Pigments, or related industrial manufacturing sectors.
