We're Hiring | Sales Executive – Automotive & Returnable Packaging | Chennai

Are you passionate about B2B sales and the automotive industry? We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai and help expand our presence in the automotive and returnable packaging segment.

Position: Sales Executive – Automotive & Returnable Packaging

Location: Chennai (Field-intensive role covering Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, Maraimalai Nagar)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.
- Promote returnable packaging solutions including FLC Boxes, Plastic Crates, Pallets, and Material Handling Products.
- Build strong relationships with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and RFQs to negotiations and order closure.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to develop customized packaging solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming automotive projects.





Preferred Background:
- Experience in industrial B2B sales.
- Exposure to returnable packaging, material handling systems, warehouse storage solutions, or automotive OEM sales.
- Strong understanding of automotive supply chains, JIT, Kanban, and logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Fluent in Tamil and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai's automotive manufacturing hubs.
