About the Role

We are seeking a driven, energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing relationships with dealers and distributors, and driving revenue growth across key territories. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and B2B client network across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits to promote product offerings, present catalogs, and secure orders.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups with channel partners.
- Resolve customer queries, product inquiries,



and after-sales service requirements promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Marketing background preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven track record in B2B or channel sales (experience in piping, plastic/polymer manufacturing, building materials, or hardware industry is a solid plus).
- Communication: Fluent in Gujarati and English; strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for local field travel.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working extensively in the field.
