- Sales Generation &
- Execution:

Drive end-to-end field sales for residential, commercial, or industrial (Rooftop/Ground-mounted) solar solutions.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of field sales executives to ensure they meet and exceed monthly targets.

- Lead Generation &

- Pipeline Management:

Conduct BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, canopy setups, door-to-door campaigns, and corporate presentations to generate high-quality leads.

- Customer Consultation: Conduct site assessments, understand energy requirements, and present customized solar proposals, technical specifications, and ROI benefits to clients.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local government solar subsidies, net-metering policies, and competitor activities to position Sunruf strategically.

- Deal Closure &

- Coordination:

Oversee the transition of closed deals to the technical/installation team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum [ 1-2 ] years of experience in field sales,



with at least [1] years in a managerial or team-lead role.

- Prior experience in the Solar/Renewable Energy sector is highly preferred (experience in Telecom, Banking/CASA, Water Purifiers, or real estate is a plus).

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering, and financial ROI structures.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for daily field travel.
