Funky Pixels is a Kolkata-based web design agency. We build websites for independent dental clinics and healthcare practices across the city — many of which have hundreds of Google reviews but no website at all.

The Role

This is a mixed desk and field role. You'll call clinics from a researched prospect list, and then visit the interested ones in person to present our work and close the deal.

This isn't random dialling or door-knocking: every clinic has been individually verified, and you'll know their name, locality and Google rating before you make contact. You'll be given a full script, objection handling guide and training before you start.

Responsibilities

Calling

- Make [25–40] outbound calls per day from a supplied list
- Book in-person appointments with interested clinics
- Send WhatsApp follow-ups after each conversation
- Maintain accurate call and visit records; honour every scheduled callback

Field visits

- Visit [4–6] clinics per day across Kolkata for scheduled meetings and walk-ins
- Present sample designs on a laptop or tablet and explain our services
- Plan routes sensibly so visits in the same locality are grouped together
- Follow up after each visit until the clinic decides either way
- Flag any clinic that asks not to be contacted again

Requirements

- Fluent in Bengali and Hindi,



with working English
- Comfortable speaking to doctors and clinic owners both by phone and face to face
- Presentable and professional; you'll be meeting medical practitioners in their workplace
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp Web
- Reliable and punctual — appointments with doctors cannot be missed

Field sales or telecalling experience is welcome but not essential. Freshers who communicate well are encouraged to apply — attitude in front of a client matters more to us than years on a CV. What We Offer

A Note on Timing Clinics run split hours, so the day is structured around them — calls in the late morning and mid-afternoon, visits scheduled around clinic OPD timings. You'll plan your own route each day.
