We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Relationship Manager to join our team at Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our insurance products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling insurance policies to potential customers.





- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services, including policy terms and conditions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
