Job Title: Field Recruiter

Role Summary: We are hiring Field Recruiters for Ahmedabad to support our high-volume hiring needs for blue-collar and front-line roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ground-level hiring, strong local sourcing networks, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and hire packers, pickers, stackers, loaders, and other operational roles through field visits, vendor tie-ups, local centres, and job camps.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and document verification in the field.
- Plan and organize walk-in drives, field recruitment events, and mobilization campaigns.
- Maintain regular coordination with operations, HR, and onboarding teams.
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly hiring data and MIS reports.




- Ensure recruitment targets are met as per manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong local hiring network and community references.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
- Experience: 1-3 years in field/bulk recruitment, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or staffing firms
- Language: Proficient in Gujarati and Hindi

- Skills:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with local geographies and sourcing channels
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for data tracking

- Mandatory Requirements:
- Self-owned two-wheeler vehicle

- Valid Driving License (DL)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location

Reporting To: Regional HR / Talent Acquisition Manager Compensation: Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Monthly Hiring Incentives
