Hiring: Field & Production Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and hands-on person to work with our textile design and production team.

This is a field + factory role. The person will be required to travel to vendors and suppliers, coordinate sampling, supervise production and assist with various day-to-day factory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Visit vendors, suppliers, printers, dyeing units and other production partners as required.
- Work under the direction of the designer to get samples developed correctly and on time.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding fabric, printing, dyeing, stitching and other sampling requirements.
- Coordinate between the factory, designer and outside vendors.
- Supervise production and ensure the final product matches the approved sample.
- Assist in checking quality and identifying production issues.
- Help oversee loading of export containers and ensure goods are properly loaded and organized.
- Collect and deliver samples, materials and other items when required.




- Make cartons/boxes and prepare packages for courier dispatches.
- Help with packing, sample preparation and other factory work.
- Carry out other work and responsibilities assigned by management as required.

What We Are Looking For

- Hardworking and responsible person.
- Willing to travel locally to vendors and suppliers.
- Comfortable working in a factory environment.
- Able to communicate with workers, vendors and suppliers.
- Must be willing to take instructions and complete assigned work properly.
- Punctuality and reliability are extremely important.

No specific degree or qualification is required. Practical ability, willingness to work and responsibility are more important.

Working Terms

Salary: ₹16,000/month

Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday: Half day

Leave: 2 days per month

Overtime: Overtime may be required depending on production, loading, dispatch and business requirements and will be paid separately in accordance with applicable rules.

This is a long-term position for someone who is willing to work hard, learn and take responsibility.
