About the Role

HelpRush is looking for a proactive and energetic Field Operations Executive to strengthen our on-ground operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, meeting customers, onboarding and supporting service partners, and ensuring excellent service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers to promote HelpRush services and campaigns.
- Visit service providers and strengthen partner relationships.
- Onboard and train new service partners on the HelpRush platform.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor service quality and partner performance.
- Resolve partner and customer queries promptly.
- Ensure operational standards and company policies are followed.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the operations team.
- Meet assigned field activity and onboarding targets.





Preferred Candidate 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, marketing, promotional activities, customer acquisition, or field operations.

Hands-on experience in conducting field visits, meeting customers, executing promotional campaigns, and building strong customer relationships.

- 1–2 years of experience in field operations, sales, customer success, partner onboarding, or business development.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Ability to work independently
- Must possess a two-wheeler
