Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure discipline, grooming, attendance, and quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Lead field supervisors and site staff to maintain service quality.
- Ensure statutory compliance, employee documentation, attendance, uniforms, and ID cards.
- Submit daily field reports, client feedback, manpower status, and MIS reports to management.
- Plan and organize operational activities across all sites.
Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- per month (Negotiable for the right candidate with relevant industry experience)
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Housekeeping Agency, Security Agency or Facility Management Company
- Solid leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
