Job Title: Field Marketing Counsellor – Admissions

About the Role

Himalayan Group of Professional Institutions (HGPI) is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Marketing Counsellors to support student outreach and admissions. The role involves promoting the institution's academic programs, engaging with prospective students, conducting field visits, and assisting applicants throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to schools, coaching institutes, and community events to promote the institution's programs.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, scholarships, and campus facilities.
- Generate qualified admission inquiries through outreach activities and educational campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, and other educational stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Follow up with prospective students to support them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, and admissions activities using institutional systems.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals.
- Provide regular reports on field activities and lead generation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in admissions, education marketing, counseling, sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
