EFLA Group Private Limited is a rapidly growing courier and logistics company providing reliable shipping and logistics solutions across India. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Manager to expand our business and build robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Meet potential clients and promote company services.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Appoint and support franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Courier, Logistics, FMCG, or B2B Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
