About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident Field Sales Executives to join our growing business team.

The role involves visiting restaurants, cafés, hotels, coworking spaces and other suitable venues, meeting owners/managers and helping interested businesses get onboarded onto our digital platform.

This is a field-based sales and business development role with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit restaurants, cafés, hotels, coworking spaces and other potential venues.
- Identify and approach venue owners/managers.
- Explain the benefits of joining our platform.
- Collect venue information and required details.
- Complete successful venue onboarding and listing.
- Follow up with interested businesses.
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
- Maintain basic records of visits, follow-ups and successful listings.
- Share regular updates with the reporting manager.

Primary KPI Successful venue listings and new business partner onboarding.

What We Are Looking For

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people.
- Confident in speaking with business owners and managers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Android smartphone required.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month

Total Earning Potential: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000+ per month based on performance.
