We are looking for an experienced Field Recovery Executive with 2 years of experience in loan collections and write-off account recovery. The ideal candidate holds a valid Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification and will manage assigned delinquency buckets, visit customer locations, negotiate settlements, and maximize recovery for write-off portfolios while strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines. - Field Visits: Conduct local field visits to assigned customer addresses to trace defaulters, discuss overdue payments, and secure collections. [1]

- Write-Off Management: Handle and recover classified write-off and hard-bucket accounts through strategic field negotiations.

- Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate legally compliant repayment plans,



one-time settlements (OTS), and secure payment commitments (PTP). [1, 3, 4]

- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all recovery actions comply strictly with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) norms, fair practice codes, and DRA code of conduct. [1, 2]

- Reporting & Documentation: Update daily visit reports, payment statuses, and customer feedback into the internal CRM or collection application. [1]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
