Key Responsibilities

- Visit truck owners, transporters, and fleet operators in the assigned area.

- Identify and generate new vehicle onboarding opportunities.

- Explain ReeRoute's platform, services, and perks to potential partners.

- Onboard trucks and transporters as per company requirements.

- Collect and verify required vehicle and owner documents.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and onboarded partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with truck owners and transporters.

- Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth onboarding.

- Maintain daily field visit and onboarding reports.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets.

- Stay updated about local transport markets and potential business opportunities.





Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Onboarding, Logistics, or Transportation.

- convincing skills.

- Comfortable with regular field visits.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.

- Ability to meet targets and work independently.

- Knowledge of the local transport market will be an advantage.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
