About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Executive Officers to generate leads from delivery partners working with platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart.

The selected candidate will be responsible for approaching delivery partners, collecting their basic details, and sharing the leads with our backend team for further calling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit areas where delivery partners are available and approach them professionally.
- Generate 150–200 leads per day.
- Collect the delivery partner's name, mobile number, and required basic details.
- Explain the purpose of collecting the details clearly.
- Submit collected leads to the backend team on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the backend team regarding lead quality and requirements.




- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads generated.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and approaching people.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi/English/local language.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous field sales/lead-generation experience will be an advantage.
