Property Sourcing using Online & Offline methods Etc

- Scan, Source & Identify properties from Portals
- Shortlist & Select ideal properties
- Calling Advertisers / Landlords of the properties
- Confirm property details
- Add property details to Listing data
- Property sourcing as live enquiry of sales team requirement

Field Activities

- Visit buildings to verify & collect information of the available properties
- Property sourcing as live enquiry sales team requirement
- Property Verifications to be done from Portals (MB, 99Acres,etc)
- Gather Images of Building / Property / Interior Images for Proposal and share with Property data management team.

Property Updation

- Take all necessary details from the property owner and follow TAT of 4 hours to upload in the system




- Gather Images of Building / Property / Interior Images for Proposal and share with Property data management team.

Co-ordination with Sales & Property team

- Pre inspection of Property as well Property Inspection with clients/Owners
- Documentation work like police verification, visit registration office, handover documents physically to client/owner as per requirement. also includes key arrangement .
