Pos‍ition: Busines​s Development Executive/Manager – Residential (Domestic) Solar

‍Experience: 2–5 Years (Solar⁠ Sales Experience Preferred)

Locations: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra & Tamil Nadu

CTC: As per experience & company standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and close Residential Rooftop Solar projects (3 kW–300 kW)
- Acquire new customers through field sales, references, channel partners, and lead generation
- Conduct customer ‌meetings, site visits, and explain solar solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales
- Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth installation
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships

Required Skills:





- Experience in Residential Solar Sales or Rooftop Solar
- Positive understanding of Net Metering and PM Surya Ghar Scheme
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Preferred Background: Candidates from Solar EPC, Rooftop Solar Companies, Renewable Energy, Electrical Products, Inverter, Battery, or Home Energy Solution companies with experience in Residential Solar sales.
