Role Description The Field Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Yelahanka. The position involves supporting day-to-day field operations, including coordinating with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure work progresses as planned.
Responsibilities include collecting and maintaining site data, assisting with material tracking and basic measurements, and reporting project status updates to the project manager.
The Field
Associate will help monitor adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards, communicate any issues or delays observed at the site,
and facilitate smooth coordination between on-site teams and the office. The role requires regular presence at the construction site and a proactive approach to resolving logistical and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand basic construction processes and site workflows, with strong interest in field operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors, workers, and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining records, tracking materials, and documenting daily site activities.
- Comfort with using mobile devices or basic computer tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety, quality, and compliance guidelines on-site.
- Ability to work on-site in Yelahanka full time, including standing and moving around the site for extended periods.
- Relevant experience in construction, site coordination, or field work is preferred but not always mandatory.
- Completed secondary education; a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is an advantage.
