Role Description The Field Biologist will work full time in office in the Greater Hyderabad Area, supporting pest management operations through field surveys, data collection, and biological assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting client sites, identifying pest species, evaluating habitat and environmental conditions, and documenting findings with accurate records and reports.

The role involves collaborating with operations teams to design evidence-based treatment plans, monitoring the effectiveness of interventions, and recommending adjustments based on ecological and biological data.

Biologist will also maintain field equipment, follow safety and regulatory guidelines,



and communicate technical information clearly to colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Ecology and Wildlife knowledge to understand pest behavior, habitats, and ecosystem impacts.
- Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills and Microbiology expertise to support sample collection, testing, and analysis.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to design field studies, analyze data, and present findings in a clear, structured manner.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biology, Zoology, Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions, conduct systematic field inspections, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using digital tools for data recording and reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and interacting with clients.
- Prior experience in pest management, field ecology, or environmental monitoring is an advantage.
