Female Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Shastra IT Services is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Delivery Partner Onboarding Voice Process in Visakhapatnam.

Freshers and candidates with previous experience in telecalling, customer support, recruitment, BPO or onboarding processes are welcome to apply.

Job Details

- Position: Customer Support Executive
- Department: Delivery Partner Onboarding – Voice Process
- Employment: Full-time

- Location: Simhadri Nagar, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Office timings: 9:30AM to 6:30PM
- Weekly off: Sunday
- Joining: Immediate or within 7 days

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective delivery partners through outbound calls
- Explain the registration, documentation and onboarding process clearly
- Assist candidates in completing applications and submitting documents
- Follow up with candidates until registration and activation are completed
- Maintain accurate daily calling and follow-up records
- Update candidate status using WhatsApp, spreadsheets or company systems
- Achieve reasonable daily and monthly onboarding targets
- Escalate application or documentation issues to the team leader
- Maintain professional communication and protect candidate information

Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
- Telugu and Hindi communication skills are required
- Basic English communication is sufficient
- Clear speaking voice and professional telephone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Android mobile applications
- Ability to explain instructions patiently and handle follow-up calls




- Comfortable working in a performance-oriented voice process
- Must be able to attend the Gopalapatnam office regularly
- Immediate joiners are preferred

Candidates with experience in customer support, BPO voice processes, telecalling, recruitment, delivery-partner onboarding or customer relationship management will be preferred. Relevant experience is not mandatory for suitable freshers.

- Guaranteed fixed salary: 10,000 to 13,000 per month
