Job Title: Female Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9 Hours)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Academic Counsellor who can guide prospective students, follow up on leads, and contribute to admissions. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and admissions.
- Follow up with assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Call cold data when fresh leads are unavailable.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding admissions and documentation.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Perform other office-related administrative tasks as required.

Eligibility

- Female candidates only.




- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of counselling/telecalling/sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Additional Candidate Preferences

- Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institute, or Coaching Institute.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Academic Counselling.
- Positive attitude with a persuasive personality.
- Good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Resident of Patna or nearby areas preferred.
- Comfortable working from the office six days a week.
