Join one of the world's leading financial institutions as a Fees Operations Specialist (Associate – Investment Fee Specialist, AM Operations) and be part of a agile Asset & Wealth Management team.

? Location: Bengaluru

? Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

? Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

? ? Experience: 3–6 Years

? Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed analysis and resolution of complex investment management fee calculations.
- Manage the complete fee billing lifecycle, including onboarding, fee calculations, analysis, approvals, and invoice distribution.
- Interpret fee agreements and performance fee structures to ensure accurate billing.
- Analyze portfolio returns, benchmark indices, market values, cash flows, and other financial data.
- Collaborate with Client Service Managers and offshore stakeholders to ensure seamless fee operations.
- Develop and maintain risk & control frameworks for fee calculations.
- Identify automation opportunities and support technology enhancements.




- Prepare reports and provide analytical insights to support business operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on investment management fee billing processes.

Mandatory Skills: ✅ Fee Billing background (Must Have)

✅ Experience in Reporting & Analysis

✅ Strong Excel Skills (Advanced MS Excel)

- Asset Management / Investment Management domain knowledge
- Financial Analysis
- Investment Products & Mutual Funds knowledge
