Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused F&B; Service Executive to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant and banquet operations while creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.

- Ensure tables are set and maintained according to hotel standards.

- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries regarding food and beverages.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, banquet, and service areas.

- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating issues when required.

- Prepare bills, process payments, and ensure billing accuracy.

- Assist in buffet setup, banquet functions, and special events as assigned.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of service equipment and utensils.

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.





- Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or banquet service .

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage.

- Excellent guest handling and communication skills.
