We are looking for an experienced F&B; Service Captain to supervise restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the F&B; service team during assigned shifts.

- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations and high service standards.

- Handle guest requests, feedback and service issues professionally.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely service.

- Conduct briefings, allocate duties and guide junior team members.

- Ensure proper mise-en-place, hygiene, grooming and restaurant readiness.

- Promote upselling and maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.





- 2–3 years of experience in F&B; Service, preferably in a hotel or luxury resort.

- Good communication and guest-handling skills.

- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

- Good knowledge of food, beverages and restaurant service.

- Professional grooming and a positive service attitude.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
