Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Assist customers in selecting clothing items that fit their style, budget, and preferences.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer expert advice on fashion trends and styles.

- Manage inventory levels by ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining store appearance.

Job Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or related field (fashion retail).

- Solid customer handling skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.

- Excellent customer relationship building skills with attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of retail operations including inventory management.
