Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This contract role includes monitoring sales performance, managing inventory and stock levels, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and resolving customer concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Store

Manager will lead and coach team members, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards. This is a hybrid role based in Noida,



with core responsibilities performed on-site and some work-from-home tasks, such as reporting, planning, and administrative work, completed remotely.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing experience, with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong fashion sense, aesthetic and fashion business capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Demonstrated Store Management capabilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day operational oversight.
- Scheduling daily appointments.
- Experience in retail or related customer-focused environments; prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and reporting, including point-of-sale systems and standard office software.
- Relevant education in fashion business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
