This role is specifically for designers with experience in women's formal and occasion wear. Candidates specializing only in casual wear, streetwear, menswear, kidswear, or ethnic wear may not be a suitable fit unless they have relevant experience in luxury occasion dresses.

We are a leading U.S.-based fashion brand specializing in prom dresses, evening gowns, bridesmaid dresses, cocktail dresses, wedding guest dresses, ball gowns, homecoming dresses, mother-of-the-bride dresses, and luxury occasion wear.

Our collections are inspired by premium international brands and online retailers such as New York Dress, featuring glamorous silhouettes, couture-inspired details, elegant fabrics, and trend-driven designs.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a creative Fashion Designer who understands the U.S. occasion-wear market and can create collections that are both fashionable and commercially successful.

You should have experience designing:

- Celebrity & Red-Carpet-Inspired Dresses
- Bridal and Bridal-Inspired Collections

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Managing Director to conceptualize and develop new collections.
- Create original fashion illustrations and mood boards.
- Develop technical sketches and production-ready tech packs.
- Research U.S. fashion trends, runway shows, celebrity styles, and luxury brands.
- Select fabrics, embellishments, sequins, lace, embroidery, beads, and trims.




- Design commercially viable products for international customers.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and sampling teams to ensure accurate execution.
- Revise designs based on feedback and market trends.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in women's fashion design.
- Solid portfolio showcasing formal and occasion wear.
- Expertise in garment construction, draping, silhouettes, and fitting.
- Knowledge of fabrics such as satin, chiffon, tulle, organza, velvet, sequined fabric, and lace.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
- Experience creating technical flats and tech packs.
- Understanding of international sizing and the U.S. market.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international brands, export houses, or eCommerce companies.
- Experience designing for prom, bridal, luxury evening wear, or pageant collections.
- Knowledge of corsetry, embellishments, embroidery, beadwork, and premium finishing.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers and production teams.
- Candidates with experience in lifestyle products, eCommerce merchandising, catalog management, or product listing/posting will be given additional preference.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
