What You'll Design

You should have experience designing one or more of the following:

- Prom Dresses
- Evening Gowns
- Bridesmaid Dresses
- Wedding Guest Dresses
- Mother-of-the-Bride Dresses
- Cocktail Dresses
- Ball Gowns
- Graduation Dresses
- Homecoming Dresses
- Plus-Size Occasion Wear
- Red-Carpet & Celebrity-Inspired Dresses
- Luxury Party Wear
- Bridal-Inspired Dresses

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Managing Director to create original dress collections.
- Design elegant, fashion-forward styles inspired by global runway trends and the U.S. market.
- Create fashion illustrations, technical sketches (flats), and production-ready tech packs.
- Research seasonal trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and embellishments.
- Select fabrics, lace, sequins, embroidery, beading, trims, corsetry, and other premium elements.
- Ensure that all designs are commercially viable and suitable for international customers.




- Collaborate with manufacturers and production teams to develop samples and final products.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in women's fashion design.
- Solid portfolio featuring prom dresses, evening gowns, bridesmaid dresses, cocktail dresses, bridal wear, or formal occasion wear.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Silhouettes and draping
- Garment construction
- Pattern making
- Fit and sizing
- Fabric selection
- Embroidery and embellishmentsProficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CLO 3D (preferred)
- Fashion illustrations and technical sketches
- Experience creating production-ready tech packs.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and international fashion trends.

Important Note Our brand aesthetic is inspired by international occasion-wear retailers such as NewYorkDress. If your portfolio primarily consists of casual wear, ethnic wear, streetwear, menswear, or children's wear, this role may not be the right fit. We are specifically looking for designers who understand glamour, luxury occasion wear, and the U.S. formal fashion market.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
