Role Description The Fashion Designer role at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad.

The Fashion

Designer will conceptualize and develop original garment and accessory designs, working with textiles, colors, patterns, and silhouettes aligned with brand requirements and market trends. Day-to-day activities include sketching design ideas, creating technical drawings, selecting fabrics and trims, overseeing embroidery and embellishment details,



and ensuring proper fit through sample development and fittings. The role involves collaborating with production teams, merchandisers, and other stakeholders to refine designs, maintain quality standards, and meet delivery timelines.

The Fashion

Designer will also research current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitive collections to inform design decisions and contribute to seasonal line planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development, sketching, and awareness of current trends.
- Candidates should possess skills in Textiles and Embroidery, with an understanding of fabric properties, surface decoration, and embellishment techniques.
- Candidates should possess experience in Fitting, garment construction, and pattern interpretation to ensure accurate sizing and comfort.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field are preferred.
- Beneficial skills include proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD tools), strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in ready-to-wear, ethnic wear, or couture segments, knowledge of production processes, and familiarity with quality standards will be an advantage.
