We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The role involves designing trend-forward collections for our e-commerce platform, ensuring a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and market demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify latest fashion trends, fabrics, and styles
- Design seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and target audience
- Create sketches, tech packs, and design specifications
- Work closely with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, prints, and trims
- Oversee sampling process and ensure design accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for timely production
- Ensure designs are optimized for e-commerce performance and customer appeal
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
