NBabli is a growing D2C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics.

NWe are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear.

NKey Responsibilities

n- Trend research and collection development

N- Fabric selection and sourcing

N- Sampling, fitting, and garment development

N- Print, embroidery, and surface development

N- Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendors





N- Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets

N- Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launches

N- Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viability

NPreferred Experience

n- Women's western and fusion wear

N- Garment construction and product development

N- Fabric sourcing and textile knowledge

N- Embroidery and surface development

N- Sampling and fit corrections

N- Experience working withartisans and production teams
