Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in New Delhi.

The Fashion

Consultant will advise customers on styling, fit, and trends, providing personalized recommendations that align with individual preferences and brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding product lines in detail, maintaining visual merchandising standards, assisting customers throughout the buying process,



and supporting sales targets through effective client engagement. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving styling or product-related concerns, and collaborating with store management to ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Fashion Consulting and styling abilities, with an understanding of current trends and diverse customer needs.
- Solid Product Knowledge, including fabrics, fits, and brand collections, to confidently guide customer decisions.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of customers.
- Proven Customer Service orientation, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or consulting is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and peak seasons as required.
- Basic computer literacy for handling billing systems and maintaining customer records.
- Relevant educational background in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
