Sunflower Organics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farm. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of crop cultivation, irrigation systems, manpower management, and farm equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient farm operations, maximizing productivity, and maintaining high-quality agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise all farm activities.

- Manage crop cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest operations.

- Monitor irrigation, fertilizer application, and pest & disease control.

- Supervise farm workers and allocate daily work efficiently.

- Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.

- Ensure proper inventory of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm materials.

- Keep records of farm activities, production, expenses, and inventory.

- Coordinate with the Purchase and Management teams for procurement of farm inputs.

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.





- Identify opportunities to improve farm productivity and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in farm management.

- Knowledge of irrigation systems, crop management, fertilizers, and pesticides.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Positive communication and record-keeping abilities.

- Ability to solve field-related issues independently.

- Willingness to work at the farm site in and around Sivakasi.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing large-scale agricultural operations.

- Knowledge of modern farming techniques and sustainable agricultural practices.

- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
