Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager – Interiors to oversee the complete factory operations, production planning, manpower, quality control, material management, and timely execution of interior fit-out and furniture works.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production.
- Plan and monitor production schedules based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Supervise carpentry, modular furniture, joinery, fabrication, finishing, and related interior works.
- Coordinate with the design, project, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and work efficiency.
- Ensure materials are available on time and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain strict quality standards and ensure proper finishing of all products.
- Review shop drawings and production drawings before commencing manufacturing.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely dispatch of materials to project sites.
- Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.




- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain production records, inventory, and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.
- Manage factory staff, assign responsibilities, and maintain discipline.

Requirements

*2+ years of experience in interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, carpentry, or joinery factory management.

- Strong knowledge of interior production processes and materials.
- Good understanding of shop drawings, BOQs, measurements, and production planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant production/planning software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
