Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands.

Create schedules and allocate resources efficiently to optimize production output.

2. Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality products.

Monitor and analyze product and process data to identify and address quality issues.

3. Inventory Management:

Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production goals and minimize waste.

Implement inventory control measures to track and reconcile stock levels.

4. Budgeting and Cost Control:

Develop and manage budgets for production operations.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control expenses.

5. Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production supervisors, operators, and other staff.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

6. Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working setting.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.





Implement lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.

8. Equipment Maintenance:

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mech. Engineering/ Related field.

2. Proven experience (10 years)

3. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel for data analysis.

4. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

6. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

7. Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills

· Office-based with occasional requirements to visit warehouse facilities or suppliers.
