Mandatory Eligibility

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

- 5–8 years of Factory HR experience.
- Current or previous experience in a Plywood Manufacturing Company is mandatory.
- Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

About the Role

Saburi Ply Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Factory HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Barasat (Sondalia), Kolkata.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on Factory HR experience in the Plywood Industry and possess a strong understanding of factory HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations for the factory workforce.
- Handle recruitment of blue-collar workers, supervisors, staff, and factory executives.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift rosters.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Head Office payroll team.




- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic enquiries.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations and promote a positive work setting.
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
- Work closely with factory management on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams to ensure employee safety and statutory compliance.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
- Implement HR policies and organizational initiatives at the factory level.
