Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day hospital facility operations and support services.
- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards throughout the hospital.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility-related issues.
- Ensure timely reporting and resolution of breakdowns and facility complaints.
- Supervise security services and ensure compliance with hospital security protocols.
- Monitor biomedical/general waste segregation, collection, and disposal in coordination with concerned departments.
- Conduct regular facility rounds and identify safety, cleanliness, and maintenance concerns.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, inspections, and service reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of essential utilities and equipment.
- Support fire safety,



emergency preparedness, disaster management, and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, infection prevention practices, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to address facility-related requirements.
- Supervise facility staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and ensure proper discipline.
- Conduct regular inspections and submit reports to hospital management.
- Assist during audits, inspections, accreditation assessments, and regulatory visits.
- Promote a protected, professional, and patient-friendly hospital environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
