: Housekeeping Facility Operations Manager Location: Tc palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Operations Manager to manage and streamline end-to-end company operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling operational teams of 50 staff, maintaining service quality, training new employees, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of all projects and services. The role requires strong leadership, field operations management, manpower handling, vendor coordination, and process improvement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities  Oversee daily operations across all service categories  Ensure smooth execution of cleaning, shifting, pest control, marble polishing, RO services, and packers & movers operations  Plan and manage daily task allocation and workforce deployment  Monitor operational efficiency and service timelines  Ensure all projects and services are executed as per company standards Team Management  Handle and supervise 50 blue-collar operational staff  Coordinate with HR and Field Officers for manpower planning and workforce management  Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance  Ensure proper grooming, behavior, and professionalism of field teams  Maintain workforce stability and operational readiness Recruitment & Training  Support hiring and onboarding of blue-collar staff with HR and Field Officers  Conduct training sessions for new employees  Educate teams on: o Company policies o Service quality standards o Safety procedures o Customer handling o Operational norms and discipline  Continuously monitor and improve team performance and skill development Client Coordination  Manage both B2B and B2C client relationships  Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality  Coordinate with clients for project planning, scheduling,



and execution Vendor Management  Research and identify reliable vendors and service partners  Coordinate vendor onboarding with HR and Field Officers  Maintain vendor relationships and performance tracking  Ensure vendor quality and compliance with company standards Project Planning & Execution  Plan and execute operational projects efficiently  Allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectively  Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion  Ensure operational cost control and resource optimization Process & Quality Control  Develop and implement operational SOPs  Maintain service quality standards across all departments  Conduct regular quality checks and field monitoring  Improve operational workflows and efficiency Business Growth Support  Support management in operational expansion and business growth activities  Suggest process improvements and service enhancement ideas  Assist in scaling operational systems and workforce management Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field  3–7 years of experience in operations or service industry management  Experience handling field operations and blue-collar workforce  Strong leadership and team management skills  Excellent communication and coordination abilities  Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and operational tracking  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously Preferred Skills  Experience in home services or facility management industry  Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills  Vendor management experience  Knowledge of customer service and operational quality standards  Ability to manage both office and field operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  Service quality maintenance  Customer satisfaction  Team productivity and discipline  Timely project execution  Staff retention and workforce stability  Operational efficiency improvement  Vendor performance management  Business growth support  Reduction in customer complaints and service delays
