Role Description The Sales Manager – Facility & Security Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for facility and security service offerings, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business.

The Sales

Manager will manage client relationships, prepare proposals and presentations, conduct site visits, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Daily activities include monitoring sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and participating in contract negotiations.



The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to improve service packages, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development in facility management, security services, or related real estate services.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms.
- Solid understanding of facility operations, security solutions, and service delivery processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage pipelines, and work with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in Gurugram or NCR market and familiarity with corporate and commercial real estate clients is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical sales practices, ESG principles, and high standards of customer service.
