- Manage day-to-day technical operations and maintenance of the residential apartment community.

- Supervise all MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, pumps, DG, transformer, LT/HT panels and other technical equipment.

- Ensure 100% preventive maintenance (PPM) of all technical assets as per the approved schedule.

- Monitor and maintain STP, WTP, water tanks, sewage systems and water supply operations.

- Ensure proper functioning of fire-fighting, fire alarm, lifts, HVAC and other life-safety systems.

- Manage and supervise electricians, plumbers, technicians and MEP supervisors, including duty rosters and attendance.

- Attend and close resident technical complaints within the defined SLA and ensure proper follow-up.

- Coordinate with AMC vendors and contractors for equipment servicing, breakdowns, inspections and repair works.

- Maintain statutory compliance, equipment logbooks, asset registers, PPM records, service reports and technical documentation.

- Monitor electricity, diesel and water consumption, control maintenance costs and ensure secure, efficient and uninterrupted operation of the community.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 per month
