Maintain the daily (Cleaning), Weekly (Deeply Cleaning, Scrubbing)

Control of manpower Details and make duties rosters.

Coordinate with facility and administration team

Taking Care of all Soft Services.

Checking of Public areas against check list & see that they meet the Standard of Cleanliness.

Maintain a regular and complete advance scheduled Programmed of cleanliness

Preparation of Snag list &

- Coordinating with engineering department.

Daily review & the reports of Soft service Manager.

Checking Incoming order of Supply.

Daily Briefing &

- Train current recruits.

Assign duties to the Houseman on Floor

Check & control equipment like - Floor Scrubbing Machine, and Floor Polishing Machine &

- Vacuuming machine.

Office Safety.

Helping To Facility Manager for Make PO For Incoming Supply Of Hk And Pantry Consumable In Excel Sheet.

Excellent Knowledge Of Cafeteria Food Services.

Maintain All Pantry And Housekeeping Consumable Record In Excel Sheet.

Best Control On Site Manpower.
